Aparna Mathur
Aparna is a leadership development coach and consultant. Her professional experience of 23 years spans across small and large organizations such as Times of India, Canon, Schindler and iDiscoveri. Her belief on using a lifetime to tap one’s fullest potential finds expression in her leadership work and community service. She is the cofounder of DEEP foundation, an NGO that develops values and life skills for children from under privileged backgrounds. Through her work at We the People, she enables people connect with the values of the Preamble. With a passion for creative writing, she blogs on leadership, classical dance and life.
Kiranjeet Chaturvedi
Kiranjeet is a sociologist by education and training, and has worked in qualitative market research for over a decade. She is the founder of the Write & Beyond writing workshop and support group, and has mentored scores of early stage writers. Her work in poetry, short story and opinion columns has been published in magazines in India and abroad. She is an advocate for sustainability practices in modern living, an organic farmer and a follower of yoga and other alternate wellness practices. Kiranjeet divides her time between Gurgaon and her home in the mountains of Garhwal.
Vinita Idnani
Vinita Idnani is a Financial Services professional and has worked for over 2 decades in Banking and Wealth Management. She is a Partner at Capital League, a private wealth management firm based out of Gurgaon. Vinita enjoys working with children and believes that a little guidance goes a long way in helping them maximise their potential. She has been associated with various organisations that are passionately working towards improving lives of the under-privileged.
Anup K Jain
Anup has entrepreneurial experience of 37 years in plastics, advertising, marketing and energy domains. An alumnus of prestigious IIT-D (1978 Batch), apart from proving his mettle in various business ventures, Anup has engaged in various social activities through NGOs and socio-religious organization, involved in teaching “applied religion” to youngsters during summer camps.
Arjun Swaroop
Arjun Swarup is based in Gurgaon, and works in the banking industry. He grew up in New Delhi, and returned to his home city after spending twelve years overseas (from 2001-2013). He completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, followed by a Masters in Business Administration. His work experience has been in financial services, across consumer and corporate banking, across a range of functions including sales, risk and strategy. In his spare time, Arjun likes to spend his time reading, traveling and exploring new places and activities. He also maintains a keen interest in public policy, economics and social theory, and is a culture buff.
Nidhi Arora
Nidhi Arora is a management professional, a social entrepreneur and a parent. She has worked in the areas of IT, HR, CSR and other areas and now advises clients on a transformation journey in business. Her social enterprise has created India's largest online audio library in Indian languages, created braille enabled business cards as a service business option for the visually challenged, and routinely works to sensitise the non blind towards the needs of disability through public and chartered events. She also started and runs a bi-lingual(English and Hindi) daily newspaper for children 9 - 12 years old(Private circulation only. Non commercial). She believes in the world being a very simple place, full of love.
